Abstract ECRCYL is a code to perform electron cyclotron radiation transport calculations in a magnetized plasma. Ray tracing is performed using the cold-plasma dispersion relation to determine ray trajectories. The plasma is assumed to lie in the annular space between two concentric cylinders which is bounded at both ends. With minor modifications, the code can handle the effects of spatial variations of wall reflectivity, and 'polarization scrambling' due to reflection at the wall.
