Description

Abstract The non-uniformity of scale in the usual chromaticity diagrams is a very old problem in colour measurements. This program computes the transformation from the CIE 1931 (x, y) chromaticity diagram to the recent uniform scale (θ, δ) diagram and vice-versa. Moreover the program evaluates the most important colorimetric quantities for a comparison with the experimental data. Finally the chromatic gamut needed for TV applications is shown.
