DENCOM: Code for level density calculations of deformed nuclei using a combined method

Abstract A computer code based on the semimicroscopical combined method of deformed nuclei level density calculations is described. It includes the use of combinatorial and statistical approaches for low and high energies correspondingly; both calculations are fulfilled in the frames of the superfluid model. At high excitation energy, the level density is computed using a quantum-statistical model [2]. At low excitation energy, the level density is calculated from the quasi- particle spectrum computed using the superfluid model.
