Published: 15 November 2018| Version 1 | DOI: 10.17632/74c83f3tf9.1
We developed two checklists, one for studies of incidence or prevalence (MORE) and another for risk factors (MEVORECH) , based on our literature review and in collaboration with experts from other Evidence-based Practice Centers and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
Steps to reproduce
The checklist for studies of incidence or prevalence of chronic disease (MORE) had six criteria for external validity and five for internal validity. The checklist for risk factor studies (MEVORECH) had 6 criteria for external validity, 13 criteria for internal validity, and 2 aspects of causality.
