Abstract The FORTRAN code POLRAD 2.0 for radiative correction calculation in inclusive and semi-inclusive deep inelastic scattering of polarized leptons by polarized nucleons and nuclei is described. Its theoretical basis, structure and algorithms are discussed in detail.
